Her compassionate care includes personalized treatment plans that integrate physical, mental, and emotional wellness, ensuring each client feels seen, supported, and empowered.
Specializing in stress relief, nervous system support, and facial rejuvenation, Nicole blends a variety of techniques, including Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST™), Light-Touch Fascial Release, Aromatherapy, Gua Sha, Cupping, and more. Her treatments are particularly suited for those experiencing head, neck, or jaw tension, headaches, stress, anxiety, or the physical strain of desk work or caregiving.
As a lifelong learner, Nicole continually expands her expertise with advanced certifications in Cupping Massage, Pre-Natal Massage, Sports Massage, Pelvic Health, Indian Head Massage, Reiki, Facial Reflexology, and Sound Therapy with Singing Bowls. She also holds specialized training in fascial approaches to the head, neck, and jaw, and advanced techniques like Fascial Stretch Therapy (Level 2) and NeuroKinetic Therapy (Level 1).
